Job description:
We are looking for individuals to help with the analysis design phases of the project as well as perform as-is/to-be analysis functions
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business team.
- Convert requirements into business requirements document and/or user stories. Requirements should live in Confluence, user stories in
Jira.
- Lead requirements review/refinement sessions with the business until all requirements are approved/signed off.
- Create As Is and To Be artifacts: context diagrams, workflows, use cases, requirements.
- Become subject matter expert (SME) in future state application and act as go-to person for any questions regarding requirements, from all team members: business, developers, QA testers.
- Escalate any issues to project manager so that they can help with mitigation.
Position Mandatory Qualification
Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the
business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
Requested Qualifications:
7 Years of experience in requirements elicitation, business analysis and validation, translating business needs, expectations,
constraints and interfaces into actionable technical objectives and identifying solutions by producing written documentation, visual models and graphical illustration for all stages - system design, requirements, testing implementation.
7 Years of experience in utilizing various business analysis techniques in Agile to create business requirements for transforming business requirements into user stories to enhance current processes and software.
6 Years of experience using Confluence and Jira for documentation and work tracking.
6 Years of experience in all types of testing (including functional, non-functional, regressions, integration, UAT, etc.) of applications,
business process validations reporting needs and data sanity checks.
6 Years of experience supporting a project manager and interacting and following-up with multiple stakeholders, including program leaders,
SMEs, program owners, IT staff, and more.
6 Years experience in transforming paper-based processes into electronic systems, involving digitization of content, receipt of content from third parties, case management, document storage and retrieval, and data transmission..
Obtained any of the following certifications:
Business Analysis certification such as IIBA – CBAP and/or Six-sigma/Lean certifications.
Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM or Product Owner.
Software testing certifications from ISTQB and/or QAI
Maximum points will be awarded for more than one certification Minimum points will be awarded for only one certification. Zero points will be awarded for no certifications.
