Position requires a qualified .NET Developer to support current and evolving Naval Air Mission Planning.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency
Test and deploy applications and systems
Revise, update, refactor and debug code
Improve existing software
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Work with project lead and project owner to implement new features, capabilities and functionality in a fast-paced agile environment
Qualifications
Between 3 and 10 years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description.
3 Years - Experience with Web Development and SPA Single Page Application
3 Years - Experience with C# development/programming skills
3 Years - Experience with .NET Framework, VB.NET, ASP.NET Site, web technologies
3 Years - Experience with Visual Studio IDE, HTML5/CSS3, and Azure DevOps
3 Years - Experience with Java, JavaFX and Javascript
2 Years - Experience with Scaled Agile Development
2 Years - Experience with Git
Experience with Angular JS, or other scripting languages
Experience with Model-View-Controller (MVC), and Windows desktop applications
Knowledge of WPF and MVVM techniques
Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening
Desired experience:
AMQP(RabbitMQ).
AWS Amazon Web site services / Cloud services
Java ORM such as Hibernate
Confluence, and Bitbucket
Docker, micro-services, ReactJS
