2 Years of experience in higher education creating and maintaining detailed documentation on Learning Management Systems, encompassing features, updates, and integrations.
2 Years of experience in higher education translating LMS functionalities and technical specifications into user-friendly language suitable for an academic audience.
2 Years in higher education developing and updating user manuals tailored to educators, administrators, and students, ensuring ease of use and understanding of the LMS
2 Years of experience in higher education producing step-by-step guides for configuring and managing the LMS.
2 Years of experience in higher education maintaining a high standard of documentation quality.
2 Years of experience in higher education copyediting for accuracy, relevance, and clarity and for proper use of English language - e.g., correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.
2 Years of experience in higher education gathering feedback from users to continuously refine and improve documentation
